Excellent location
No attention to detail - lots of examples but 4 beds and only 3 towels, 3 waters etc… Room not cleaned - coffee cup half full with coffee when I arrived - gross! No aircon so window open facing courtyard and noise all night. Just a cheap joint charging big prices cause of location.

Great place to stay. Location is fantastic for city centre access. 10 minute walk from point depot if going to gig. Room was great, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Online check in with kiosks at reception was very handy, no queuing. I didn't get a chance to use the pool facilities so can't comment on that.
Bar is a little cramped with uncomfortable seats. Breakfast was good but a little cold.

Unable to get a drink at hotels so called ‘bar’- staff unhelpful and unpleasant. Don’t advertise the hotel with a restaurant and bar if unable to host RESIDENTS!!!! Disgrace

Very central, walking distance to bus depot & 3 arena. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Will stay again
Breakfast not included. Also advertisements around hotel for pre theatre dinner however this was false advertising as it wasn’t available to us. Dinner menu very basic
