The location was excellent, restaurant good and breakfast great.
Male who was on front of house very unhelpful thought him to be ageist, older visitors sometimes just need a little help with technology I E ,checking in and getting organised.

The location was pretty central, the check in and check out process was smooth and simple.
The room was cleaned, but only just - you can see dust in corners, stains in sink, etc. There was no body wash, there was only two shower towels despite booking for 3 adults, stand lamp lightbulbs were flickering and bedside lamp llightbulbs were empty, and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Poor attention to detail.

The breakfast was excellent, but the hot water dispenser for making tea was challenging . However when I mentioned it on the second morning to Anna, the restaurant manager, she immediately went to the kitchen and returned with two pots of tea for my companion and myself, and with a great smile! That’s what I call service !

Easy check in system no need to queue.
No food menu in the room had to go to the restaurant to check menu, would have been much easy to have a room service. And Just no parking!!
