Coffee was excellent.
Stop sending so many emails. I was on the verge of cancelling our reservation as it was getting ridiculous.
You get paid to provide a service, just charge more if you're not hitting your targets. Stop trying to cut corners and eek out efficiencies and upsells by pushing online check in and check out and touch screens in the foyer.
I had an excellent stay at another hotel in Dublin earlier in the week. They hit the fundamentals well, easy check in. Made room for us despite an early arrival as we had a small child. Were friendly and welcoming. Held the door open.
I guess you are surrounded by corporate types given the location and your non-management staff are clearly jaded by it. None of them care, they force a good morning to anyone and everyone they walk past because it's in the training, it's just transactional but not service.

Everything .Our stay was brilliant. We went to a concert in Bord gaîs. It's just a 3 minutes walk, soo close.. And a 20 -30minutes straight walk to 3 Arena. The rooms are specious. Beds were comfortable and staffs were very very helpful. Kind and pleasant. Food was superb.

Loud construction outside the hotel. Windows and walls didn’t block any noise. No parking
