Fantastic hotel , rooms , amenities, food and the staff . You can have a great hotel but the staff here from the friendly smiley cleaning staff , the attentive bar staff and the breakfast staff giving a warm chatty welcome on entering and an ultra efficient service throughout . Definitely will return .

The hotel facilities was great, and good breakfast.
The hotel staff were uninterested and quite unpleasant whenever we had questions or needed assistance. They didn’t seem attentive to our needs, and on a few occasions the taxis we requested were never booked, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. When we raised the issue, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, making the overall experience even more disappointing.
