Bed was comfy. Seating area in reception and bar
Batroom tile cracked. Main batroom mirror had big chunk taken out. Very dirty around bath gandles and plug, bit off putting when taking a bath.

Room space is tight - particularly the walking space at the foot of the bed. Didn't like the pillows.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Lovely cleaning staff who had a lovely energy and provided bottled water and teabag topups daily.
Windows were filthy so when I had the curtains and net curtain open it was obvious they had not been cleaned in a long time.
The sink was also blocked so filled up after about 20 seconds of running the water.

The breakfast was outstanding!!! The staff were friendly.
The pillows were super uncomfortable!!! The bed was nice, but the pillows ruined it! Like sleeping on a thick concrete slab! The room was clean but the shower needs a total update.
