Beautifup hotel. Facilities excellent and staff very friendly. Room could have been cleaner. Air vent covered in dust and sink had broken tile other than thst very good and great stay. Breakfast was fantastic
Excess dust on air vent. Waitress very keen to get bill paid rather than let us sit and enjoy especially as restaurant/bar was quiet

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.
It was quite a long walk to reach the tourist area in Dublin.

The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. Clean with all necessary equipment. Great pillows. Good location - walking distance from the city center. Nice service.
I lived in a room facing the courtyard, and you could hear the generator based in the middle of it. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend a room from the street site. The breakfast was OK, everything you could expect, but not too many options.

Just outside the city centre but walkable if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk. In lovely residential area with great breakfast spot (High Nelly’s), pubs and restaurants all very close by

I stayed in room 303. This room was unusually spacious for an inner-city hotel. The room has a bathtub and a shower, which was a nice change. There was an iron and an ironing board in the room, a range of teas/coffees, and a packet of two biscuits. There were plenty of plugs, conveniently located near the bed and by the desk space. There was also a separate armchair and a small table, which was helpful for in-room dining. The sweet potato fries were superb and very well served. I loved being able to order and pay on an app. I also really appreciated the smooth and automated check-in/out process. Really helpful. The reception staff were efficient and welcoming, and Aoife and Mena at the lobby cafe were adorable and so efficient! What a fantastic team! I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, as I am not a huge eater first thing in the morning.
The safe needed resetting, and the kettle was broken (both were replaced and repaired the same day I mentioned the issue). The room looks a little tired and could do with some gentle touch-up paint/regrouting, etc. in the bathroom.
The duvet was too thin, and even with the room heater set to 25 degrees, it was still so cold that I had to wear a woolly hat! 25 was the maximum. There didn't appear to be any quiet space (the lobby was unusually loud).
