Phone was broke in the room. Reported it when we arrived and no one came to sort. Reported again and still no one came so very disappointed as couldn't order room service etc

Easy to get to
The games room on the ground floor accepted our money but did not work.
No signs up, to say thins dont work. i.e. air-hockey table took our money, not puck and no sign to say it not working. but still took our money. That was just 1 example.

The location is very good. Housekeeping requires quite a bit of improvement. Standard breakfast, no change. We get bored eating the same thing during a long stay. Front office is quite helpful and fast enough to attend to requests

The hotel environment is good
The heater is off during the day but it's winter ,the cleaning staff cannot communicate in English it makes it difficult to even ask for simple things like towel,the cleaning staff does not wipe and clean the floors when they are refreshing rooms.

the staff were helpful and friendly
On arrival we were given a complementary upgrade to a suite , on reflection this was a down grade, it lacked atmosphere, separated from the hotel. the lifts were dirty , so too was the entrance, and wasn't clean during our stay . the room was clean, but on the cool side. We went to reception and asked about the heating , a mobile heater was offered but never arrived Breakfast was nice up until I found a long hair in it . Got clamped in the car park which took over 3 hrs to unclamped after paying the fine.

The staff at the reception were kind and friendly.
Parking for money - 10 EUR for overnight parking, in addition to 438 EUR for a one-night room.
I can't check in online - it says it's too late.
The room was pretty small for 4 beds.
The shower is affected by limescale and cannot handle the tap without wetting your hair; no shower caps are provided.
The fourth towel set had to be searched.
Two mugs, two glasses, two waters and two cookies for four guests.
A pair of used socks was between the bed and the window.
Right after breakfast, all four of us got rushed.
We were too tired to do any reclamation.
After these experiences, we didn't have the mood to go to the leisure even though we had planned that.

The fact that we were able to get a room was wonderful!! Hotel rooms were going fast due to the issue at the airport so we were very pleased to get such a great room at a great price!! The staff was wonderful and the restaurant was great!!
