The staff were amazing I was up and down all night with my little girl who’s teething and the staff were very comforting while I was exhausted! They had no issues with my little girl being upset and having a little wander around from the early ours of thismorning!

No pillow protectors, no mattress protectors, disgusting the room was filthy
As above the room was filthy no mattress protectors no pillow protectors nothing it was disgusting stains in the mattress it was like a a warzone of the amount of stains on the mattress

It badly needs to be updated - rooms and corridors shabby - the sink took forever to get rid of the water and the place had a horrible smell - the windows not closing properly in our room - no ventilation in the bathroom
