It was close to the hospital where my partner was being treated the following day. This is the only positive!
There was a door linking our room to the bedroom nextdoor. It has zero soundproofing and the light from the other room was literally coming under the door. We had our 2 year old with us and the family including kids had the tv up full blast until 12 at night, screaming and running around while we tried to get an early night(around 9pm) before a hospital appointment. Kids running up and down the hallways at 11pm. Could hear people arguing in another room down the hall the soundproofing was that bad.
For the awful sound proofing alone I would never go back.
Food in the restraunt was awful. Tasted like it was reheated and the staff came across arrogant especially the gentleman who seemed to be in charge. We asked before we booked if we can heat a sealed branded baby meal for 40 seconds anywhere or do we have to make other arrangements and were told over the phone it would be no problem just ask when we need it done. I asked again when I arrived and reception said it was no problem what so ever. But when I got to the restaurant the manager who staff called over was rude and refused to do it until I told him we had asked twice before coming and that I wanted to escalate it to his boss. He then had somone heat it up. Really soured our meal and made us uncomfortable sittingbthere, the experience which was already stressful as it was the evening before we were attending hospital.
He should be ashamed of himself!

Hotel with pool liffey Valley across road with jumpzone and cinemas shopping etc
Very expensive paid over €300 for 1 night in a very basic room with kids very busy jacuzzi out of order pool area small for the size of hotel

Nice Room.
Nice Car park.
I received not clean towels with lots of hair.
We stayed in a room with a shared door, and in the other room they were making loud conversations and noises till after midnight, I couldn’t sleep till they stopped. Was terrible.

Disappointing
Was ordering food at night , they asked for 7 euro to bring to my room (plus the 10 for car park ) on top of that 200e a night rate . So I said I’d go collect . When I was downstairs I politely asked a staff member where to collect . Just after she said within earshot of me “no where was I before I got rudely interrupted “. I was in shock as never seen something so disrespectful to a customer . I am polite and mannerly to a fault
