Very Good
The staff here were all amazing. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Having a fridge in the room was so useful to keep food and drink fresh for children.

Pleasant
Good location
Lovely breakfast
Friendly staff
Clean rooms
Sadly, Our family room was too hot to sleep in. We had 2 young children who could not sleep because of the heat in the room. Reception did provide a fan but despite this the room was reading (28 degrees).

Wonderful
Lovely hotel. Perfect location beside the shopping centre. Excellent facilities, with the pool and gym. Dinner was lovely and breakfast was great.
It's a very busy hotel, there seemed to be a lot of football or camogie teams staying there. But just the time of year we were there I guess.

Wonderful
The room was so spacious and very comfortable. The bar food was very tasty. The staff were friendly. The location was great and easy to get to.
The pool area, especially in the changing shower area was very slippy. I fell and witnessed another pool user fall. There should be more monitoring and warning given to people prior to entering.
The pool itself was nice.

Very Good
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with good selection. Rooms are lovely, comfy beds and spotless.
We were beside the lift so little noisy. Was expensive enough for 1 adult and 1 child at €210 but probably in line with dublin prices.

Poor
Tori, restaurant staff, was very kind and apologetic when things went wrong.
Restaurant experience for dinner was exceptionally poor. 2 meals arrived more than 20 minutes after the other 2 meals. The order was not complicated and it is not unreasonable to expect 4 guests and an infant to be served together.
Leisure centre was not clean and unsupervised, canned soft energy drinks were being consumed and left around the pool and there was a lot of diving and jumping into the pool, which is prohibited.
I requested an early check in at 3.00pm rather than 4pm but one of the rooms I booked was still not ready by 4.30pm. The hotel was very noisy in the evenings with children running up and down the corridors until late.

Fair
Hotel was clean and staff were Friendly.
Location of our room wa right beside the road so the traffic was very noisy throughout the night. The swimming pool was booked out when we went to go on our morning of check out. We finally got in and was still very busy along with swimming lessons going on aswell .

The bed was the best I'd ever slept in. No back pain for the first time in ages..the breakfast was excellent great selection loads to eat.
The rooms were warm, no air con, but a fan was supplied which helped. Was very busy on one of our nights..pool was too busy too use.
