It’s actually a hotel provided to the council . I get the notion that they are there temporarily until they get their own accommodation. The hotel check in isn’t until 4pm

Poor communication..went to pool and no room to swim as crowded with swimming lessons ..never informed they were on ..lace full of kids, dressing room floor drenched and dangerous. Facilities need an update . Bar ..tables not cleared ...wet bar service and horrendous price for drink ..bar staff all standing around despite these issues .despite 4 in our room I had to phone down to reception ..no room phone working ...to ask for extra towels ..bathroom old needs update in rooms .evidently no security as a room party nxt door ,doors banging for hours with people ..

The room was very good and super comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Had a very good time at the pool and sauna, as well. I really enjoyed my time there.
Some information we received wasn't correct. First they told us that we could use the pool until 20h and then when we arrived there, it was only until 19h, so be sure to check the timetable correctly. I also ordered a vegetarian dish on room services but I am almost sure that it wasn't, even after they replaced it. But overall, I liked the experience a lot.

The staff were professional and exceptional. They upgraded my room due to the app irregularities. This was beyond my expectations. I was really impressed by how the staff handle my situation.
