Cosy with period features. Great to have so many different lounges for people to hang out in. The hotel bar area was cosy & welcoming
The stairs were a bit confusing. We were ok once a staff member helped with that.

The property location is fantastic. 15 mins from the stadium or opposite direction 15mins to temple bar.
It’s very dated, tired & needs an upgrade (our room had flaking paint).

The hotel feels like staying in a real castle. The location is excellent — I took bus number 16 from Dublin Airport and got off at Parnell Street, right outside the hotel. It’s very close to the city centre, or you can easily take a bus using a Visitor Leap Card. The staff are amazing, and the food is delicious, including breakfast. The room is comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Musicians in the vaults bar were really good each evening. Hotel and service was exceptional.

I loved the fact that this traditional hotel felt like real dublin and not a sterile brand. It was amazing for families as the kids menu was great and the evening entertainment appealing to all ages. The staff were brilliant too .
