Lovely staff and location
Coffee was quite poor. My bathroom had a leak on the floor. A comfortable chair in the room would have been good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a small size, though clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and I had the cooked Irish Breakfast which was quite substantial and tasty. The hotel was in a great location and a 5-10 minute walk to The Spire. I would stay again if returning to Dublin.
I didn't have the chance to use the sitting rooms or see the entertainment.

When things goes wrong ... you immediately post a negative review ... and i do the same when everything goes right like this one. We have had a big and beautifull room (number 1) for three people. The hotel is richly decorated with many beautiful salons ... moreover the architecture don't give you the feeling of a big hotel. You also have two rooms for breakfast (i.e Irish / continental) along wih dance and music on week-end, great :)

Wonderfully comfortable quaint hotel with most amazing breakfast and tasty diners with lively entertainment every night was the highlight of my stay in Dublin. Great location sightseeing bus stop nearby. Would definitely book to stay here again.
