Very Good
It was very central and easy to get too if travelling by bus. The staff were lovely and there was plenty of them to help.
Was slightly noisy one night but other than that it was perfect.

We didn’t stay for long; but it was an absolutely beautiful property. The staff were very kind and very accommodating. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage with the hotel until our room was ready. The property is in a great part of the city; so we just walked everywhere. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Me and my wife would definitely stay again.

Very Good
The bar at the hotel was very nice, just down the road was lots of bars to visit.
The one area around the corner where we had to park was shady, there was no parking at the hotel so we took everything out of the car in case it got broken into

Wonderful
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel for the price. The location was wonderful, so close to so many great attractions, unfortunately it rained almost the whole time we were there so we couldn't do much walking. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The coffee and tea in the room was a very nice bonus. We added the breakfast last minute unsure of how it would be, but I absolutely recommend the breakfast! The breakfast was so delicious, my coffee was served in a silver pot, and the staff were fantastic. This was not a hotel to be missed! It also has some really cool history with the Beatles having post show drinks in the bar.
Just the rain! But the staff and hotel have no control over that.

Just about everything.
It’s been a while since I traveled internationally, so I was expecting more in amenities like a small tube of toothpaste, ice, and conditioner. There was only shampoo in the shower.

Wonderful
We enjoyed our night at Cassidy's in the 4-person family room. The location is pretty central and attractions like Trinity College and the Irish Emigration Museum are only a 15-20 minute walk away. The furnishings/aesthetic are traditional but also modern and feel upscale. The beds were comfortable and there was not too much street noise at night. It is an older set of buildings, so the flooring was not always even under the carpets, but overall everything was in order. We used the small carpark and even our larger rental vehicle fit. We also paid for the breakfast buffet, which was good and had lots of pastry options along with the potential for a full Irish breakfast, if desired. Staff were friendly. We wish we had been able to stay longer and would return!
Nothing really to note.

Disappointing
no air conditioner in our room. no place to put your stuff down in the bathroom. booking should have told us about the AC. too expensive for what you get.
no airconditioner in rooms, bathrooms small with no shelf or draw to put your toiletries.
the price of 350 dollars per night with no notice or AC is not right..

Good
Property is very conveniently located to join tours to other areas and explore on foot. The bed was also the most comfortable we had in a 2 week European vacation.
Our room was right next to the elevators and doors to the stairs so when people returned to their rooms after enjoying the pubs it was loud. We also couldn’t figure out the heating system and it was very warm in the room. Appeared staff couldn’t figure it out either as we returned several days to open windows to cool it down but the knob on the heater was in same location.

Very Good
location is close to everything but yet not in a loud location. room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was a good optional add on
When I stayed it was unusually warm and not having air conditioning was a downside. I left the windows open but the outside noise (being wildlife squawking) would keep me up.
