We had been upgraded to a suite which was lovely, very spacious. The hotel was in a great location and the city was walkable!
More information on the restaurant and bar, we were a little confused about opening times and what was served.

We used the laundry service . It was easy and convenient. Got our clothes back the same day.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
The restaurant has many food choices and tries to accommodate food dislikes.
Coffee to go downstairs by the reception desk.
We had early mornings and coffee would have helped.
