The central, boutique-style Cassidys Hotel has a bar, bistro, and a restaurant . It is located at the top of O'Connell Street, opposite Gate Theater. The 3 Georgian town houses are a 10-minute walk from Trinity College, a variety of shops, and Dublin's nightlife at Temple Bar. Cassidys has a relaxed restaurant, furnished with rich mahogany paneling and leather seating. It serves modern Irish cuisine, and traditional breakfasts are also served each morning. It could be an average 3 star hotel but unfortunately it is sold on booking as a 4 star one!
Not a 4 star hotel as it claimed to be. Very dusty, bad view, terrible lighting, too expensive for what it offers.

Very clean and comfortable. They have a nice bar and very helpful staff members. Very convenient to get a cab in the morning right outside the hotel and a short ride to the airport (15 min).
It was warm and the windows needed to be open at night. The street was pretty loud (one night out of two) because there was a sporting event at the arena that night and people stayed to party. Not the hotels fault of course.

It’s been a while since I traveled internationally, so I was expecting more in amenities like a small tube of toothpaste, ice, and conditioner. There was only shampoo in the shower.

Location right at the top of oconnely street so easy to navigate, rooms were clean big size rooms with modern TV and nice bathroom. It was my mother's birthday and the spent the time to print a not and put some balloons out so a nice little touch alot of hotels I've stayed at haven't done something as accommodating as this before .
Felt it could use some form of airflow more only being open a window a little is ok but maybe introducing some Aircon to the rooms could be a good idea ?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Of note was the lady who was in charge of checking us into the breakfast dining room. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Good location - close to airport bus stops and easy to walk to all the main attractions. Room was clean, bathroom felt new, love the Rituals toiletries! Staff on reception were friendly and polite.
Room had a musty smell despite the windows being open. No fridge or air con. Very thin walls, we could hear people’s conversations in the corridor as they walked past. Room looked out onto the roof and there was a bucket of mouldy green water and a sock sat outside the window

Good location, we were over to watch the Lions with a bunch of friends. We thought the hotel was clean and functional. Staff were friendly. We paid over the odds but then everyone was due to the game (Lions v Arg).

The staff Darren has been working at Cassidy’s on every visit over the past 15 years. Always a delight lots of fun. We meet family for dinner every visit to Dublin always at Cassidy’s. The food is great.
The lift is slow. Having family that work in the industry I noticed that.
