Wonderful
2 females travelling. Felt safe.
Breakfast was buffet style which is my preferred option.

Pleasant
Location was good, hotel clean and bright.
Room was small and too warm, having to leave the window open and hearing the traffic and activity outside.

Very Good
The property was in a perfect location for our group to stay whilst in Dublin for the British and Irish Lions game. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
There was no ac in any of our rooms and we were there over a weekend when temperatures were pretty high.

Very Good
The location was fantastic; walking distance to all major sights. The room was clean and comfortable and contemporary in decor, although a little hard to find at first because there are several wings in the hotel. The food was good in the restaurant and the breakfast was very good and a good value, as it was not included in the price of the room. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful, although there were a few, both Irish and European, who didn't seem to like their job.
To include the price of breakfast in the room.

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. I felt safe in the location. There were fun pubs all around.

The hotel and staff were excellent.
The hotel is rated 3 star but we thought it should really have 4.
Couldn't find fault.
We would definitely stay there again.
Nothing.

Good
We were very happy to be able to check in early enabling us to take a rest in our room after our journey. The room was comfortable not quite as high spec as I had expected from the description.
There was no fridge in the room so we couldn’t keep our water cool. I was surprised as I had booked a deluxe room as a special treat for our stay. The cooked breakfast was pretty poor. Not the quantity but the quality, especially of the sausages. We found greats breakfast elsewhere for the second morning.

Pleasant
The location, and family room
The bathroom is impractical. The water from the shower goes everywhere. There is no surface to put toiletries in the bathroom. The tea, coffee and sugar was not restocked according to number of people staying in the room, neither was the drinking water. The room was not cleaned properly on our 2nd day.
