Very Good
Our room was excellent, quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a good view of the Gate Theater and the cityscape below. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff very accommodating. Overall, a good experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our sojourn. The elevator (lift) was much appreciated. Cassidys Hotel also had a relatively small but first class pub/bar. Having a good pint and/or Irish whiskey there was delightful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and central.
The walls are thin and we had to complain about our loud neighbours twice at night to the reception during our stay. The hotel was proactive though and called them right away. So we were thankful about that. No minifridge in the room so we couldn’t have cold water during our stay or bring any food back to our room. The room was clean but the cleaning service was sloppy at times (leaving the garbage bag on the bed one time??).

Food in evening on one night was poor . We had to send it back when we ate in restaurant as undercooked and inedible .
On 2 of 3 days breakfast was chaotic .
Also hot food was cold or luke warm .

location is close to everything but yet not in a loud location. room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was a good optional add on
When I stayed it was unusually warm and not having air conditioning was a downside. I left the windows open but the outside noise (being wildlife squawking) would keep me up.

Excellent breakfast. Good decor.
The lack of convenient hanging space in the room.
The hangars were placed back to front instead of sideways making it impractical to place clothes towards the back.
The wardrobe door didn't open enough for access because the corridor door hinge stopped it. No door would solve this.
And the wardrobe was in darkness; no light covers this area.

The location was great as we had to use the Aircoach to get to the airport. Also beds were super comfy.
However getting to our room was a bit weird-down one elevator and then up another-, and the bathroom was horrible (a shower with no door or curtain and a drain that didn’t drain spewing the shower water out into the bathroom. ). Though the bathroom was a decent size, there was a teeny tiny sink and no place to set anything. We needed one more night in Dublin and we decided to go to a different hotel.
