Disappointing
Room was comfortable and had the number of beds we needed with 2 adult children
Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. We are coming from US and don’t know the area. Was unaware that parking was not available and that we had to park 6 blocks away. Staff not helpful in explaining parking and we ended up paying $37 for overnight. Location in a crappy area of Dublin. Felt uncomfortable in the 6 block walk . No place to load or unload safely. Also was interested in bears they show in pictures but they “just ran out”. Overall, would not stay here again or recommend.

Central location plenty of entertainment close by.
But the hotel itself is quiet
It’s a rabbit warren of lifts and corridors - reception to our room was an incredible journey

Helpful staff. Onsite parking. Room was quite. Bed was comfortable.
Espresso machine was insufferable. A bit of a walk to events on the south side of the river, but close enough that it is doable.

Hotel location
My room was at the ground floor near to the bar. At night a lot of noises from people visiting the bar and going to the bathrooms also being in ground floor, voices from people outside also disturbed the sleeping.
The room doesn't have any temperature control and a lot noise was coming from the bathroom until almost 12am.

Difficult to find initially. It was in a busy area of Dublin. Rooms were small and it was expensive.
