Great hotel, great location. Breakfast was great and the onsite swimming pool and sauna was perfect after a long day
WiFi was a bit poor

Wonderful
It’s a great hotel, centrally located which is perfect for exploring Dublin.
The rooms are a good size, well equipped & very clean. With friendly staff too.
Decaf tea & coffee is not readily available.
It’s our personal preference, so we generally take our own.

Larger than I expected but extremely clean throughout, both inside and out. Good value and central location.
Only stayed one night so didn’t see anything negative.

Very Good
It was a very nice and clean bathroom, comfy room and bed. Amazing Lavazza coffee prepped in the room with coffee machine for us what as a coffee addict I appreciated very much. Sadly we did not have time to test the wellness part cause of the lack of time. We had a tight program schedule for the day. We had Thai massage during the day before evening which was amazing, and just like a Thai massage has to be. The adies were kind and gentle. We had an a'la carte dinner at the hotel's restaurant. It is more on the pricey side but still was 4 out of 5. They forgot our cocktails before the dinner but after we got them. It wasn't a biggie. Prebooked breakfast cost still 20€ not 16€/p, although it was a wide selection of breakfast. I had a cup of tea at the bar, your red hair waitress (sorry, did not catch her name) is the best, kindest and funniest, keep her and give her a raise. She lifted my mood a hundred times! We have been in several wellness hotels across Europe, and altogether me and my husband loved our stay here. Definitely we are going to visit again during summer time, really interested in the grilling season in the lovely beer garden. (Smoking is allowed there, which was my husband's favorite spot as a smoker.)
I did not get slippers, only a pair for two of us. It was not a big deal, I had my own home packed. Although if I would stay longer I would ask at the reception desk.
The reconstruction was a bit loud in the neighborhood but with closed windows you could barely hear anything.

Location of hotel. Staff were superb with amazing service.
Room was clean and everthing replaced daily such as towels and coffee pods.
We had breakfast which was top class.
The vanity mirror fell off the wall. Apart from that nothing to complain about.
