We didnt use all the facibeing there just one night, but we were extremely happy with those we did. The hotel is in a fabulous location. It was also really quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lush ❤️
The bed was huge but was 2 single beds pushed together.. So wasn't super comfy when we cuddled in the middle. That's the only thing I could fault. Even then that did provide an awesome amount of space for 2 people to sleep separately

Excellent Location - LUAS nearby - 3-4 minutes to Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street . Food is very good and very accommodating service .
I liked everything but the entrance is on busy corner so the entrance signage and car park signage could be better .

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. But the mainstay of this hotel is the service. The staff are highly efficient, friendly and go above and beyond to help you. I have been there quite a few times over the last 7 years and it strikes me that quite a few staff members have been there all that time. Obviously a good place to work and a tribute to management -who are highly visible and extremely helpful. Great place to stay

The hotel decor was amazing. Staff on arrival were very friendly and efficient.
Very clean and inviting. Facilities were excellent.
Only issue we found was at breakfast tables were left quite a while before being cleared up and crockery and cutlery was taken from nearby tables by staff. Tables were not set up completely, missing utensils,crocks and cutlery and sugar bowls not refilled. Service at breakfast station was very efficient and continental and all other options were constantly replenished.Quality of breakfast offered is great and plenty of options to choose from.
