Good location, staff friendly
Room was way too warm! Genuinely made me feel sick at one point the heat was so intense and no way to turn it down. Every window seemed to be open in everyone’s rooms and it was still so warm

Nice hotel conveniently located near the city centre, but not too close, so you can avoid the crowd of tourists. The room was spacious
Lack of ventilation in the room, not just A/C, there is no ventilation at all and the room heats very fast. We had to keep the window constantly open, even during the night.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent ,. Great locatio. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff, great facilities and good location. The beds, including pillows, were very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and I appreciated the wide variety of equipment in the gym.
It was too warm to keep the window closed at night, so noise from the street kept us awake. I would still stay here again and just bring earplugs because central Dublin is just loud. It's not a reflection of the hotel.

Wonderful
Very good location and, despite being a very big hotel, it still felt friendly and accessible. I appreciated the way the staff helped me get the car parked, and the parking underneath the hotel is a real asset in central Dublin. The breakfast was good too.
The parking was great, but the advice pre-arrival didn't tell me where I needed to go in order to access it - luckily a staff member spotted I was unsure and sorted me out.

It was the nicest place we stayed on our trip. The room was very nice. Every staff person I dealt with was smart and friendly. I have no complaints about other places, this was the best of the places we stayed.
