The hotels location is excellent, the hotel is warm and clean. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. For a busy hotel the staff took notice of our special occasion on the booking and kindly upgraded our room. Their was a handwritten birthday card in our room and a slate of truffles and dipped strawberries. This was a very thoughtful and personalised gesture. The parking is ideal just across from the hotel and is discounted for guests. We are returning guests to this hotel and always enjoy our stay here.

The location is perfect! A very nice hotel and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located on an incredibly cozy street with boutiques and bars. Very friendly staff.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of everything we wanted to do/see.
Staff were all so lovely and helpful. Our room was ready so we got to check in really early which was fantastic.
There wasn't a hairdryer in our room.
