Fabulous hotel in a great location
Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay. We arrived at lunchtime and were delighted to be assigned our room although it was early for check in. A lovely gentleman checked us in and was very friendly. We relaxed in the room a while and spent the day out but later in the evening my 12 year old daughter was ill and we had to leave quite suddenly. My disappointment was when we checked out and I explained why we were leaving so early there was no assistance offered nor even a query as to how my daughter was. I had to ask my daughter to wait whilst I took the bags out and then came back for her. My daughter was fine after a day or 2 but I just found it a disappointing experience. We had also paid for breakfast which we obviously never had.

Great location. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished rooms.
There was lotion in the conditioner bottle in the shower. Front desk staff assigned wrong room and then had to move.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the lobby space was very nice. It felt like a well run operation. I am sure if you’re a tourist who wants access to Temple Bar it’s a great location.
I was there in a work trip and had a front facing room. It was extremely noisy. It was mid week too - while I understand that’s a busy area, I expected better sound proofing in the room and was woken up quite a bit.

Location is one of the best in Dublin. Right at the heart of dining and fun but enough removed so that noise isn’t an issue. Property is well appointed, staff is diligent.
Some rooms can be very small. Really just for one person

Central position in town . Helpful staff. Car parking next to hotel. Room was comfortable and modern decoration . Breakfast was fine.
View from room was of air conditioning units but as one might expect in central city location. Quiet as on the back of the hotel .
