The penthouse is lovely. Very spacious and warm. Location to UCD is perfect. The Merrion Inn is a short walk away where the food is fantastic.

Food left from previous occupant, including a pot of rice which was left in the fridge our entire stay.
Unpleasant smell on entering.
Kettle of poor standard, slow to boil. It was also a two pin kettle which is not normal for Ireland.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in a safe, quiet part of Dublin, the shower was wonderful and everything was spotless for my wife and I and our 18 month old.
Access to the major sights isn’t close, but for a family with a car or the ability to take the bus, it’s wonderful!

Nice sized room. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Good location, but a bit far from the city center. Supermarket close by.
The furniture was dated and some stains on the carpet. The front desk was only staffed in the afternoon, but friendly.

Everything was good, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy, and there was free parking. It is in walking distance of the St. Vincent's hospitals.
The only problem was the heat, we were hot at night even with both windows open.

We really appreciated the kitchen facilities and the renovated bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and accommodating as well. The property is close to a great little shopping plaza with a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher and cafes. There's a great pub nearby as well. This is our 3rd stay at Broc House and we'll definitely stay there again when we return to Dublin.

Off street parking at the facility; A lift to take our luggage upstairs; Suite was roomy and had a washer and dryer!
Shower was hard to figure out, just like everywhere in Ireland and UK, instructions would be useful.

Safe, quiet, great neighborhood. Easy access to Grocery, gas, & easy commute to city via Google maps.
Mel was awesome, appreciated her guidance for local area!
A bit too warm in room & fan not sufficient to cool. Freezer needs defrosting.
Better instruction needed for washer & dryer. One load took hours to complete.

Big, clean, well-taken care of. Helpful staff. Close to buses and the Dart. Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood.
It was a bit far from downtown, which we knew when booking. But what we did not anticipate, and no fault of the hosts, is that the Dart train would be closed for the weekend and the buses would be closed Sunday for a marathon. So lots more walking.
