Proximity to RTE studios, parking, clean, efficient, spacious. Comfortable bed, couch, quiet, good nights sleep. Nice area, and large tesco nearby. Nice apartment
Extremely cold at night when we arrived back and had no control over heating . The tv didn't work, no sound on tv.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Little soaps, shampoos, conditioners and body wash were left for us, which is always useful. We were also very happy with the secure and easily accessible parking. Overall, a lovely stay and we would definitely stay at Broc House again.
We had a little problem with the wifi, but the staff was ready to help us get it sorted quickly.

The facilities are modern, the rooms are neat, the staffs are helpful and responsive and the location was centre for all the places we needed to reach. This suites will be our choice again next time.

The penthouse is lovely. Very spacious and warm. Location to UCD is perfect. The Merrion Inn is a short walk away where the food is fantastic.

Great location,. Quite at night. spacious apartment. Parking provided. Comfortable bed, but pillows a bit too hard. Nice to find some toiletries provided. Good value for money.
Food left from previous occupant, including a pot of rice which was left in the fridge our entire stay. Unpleasant smell on entering. Kettle of poor standard, slow to boil. It was also a two pin kettle which is not normal for Ireland.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in a safe, quiet part of Dublin, the shower was wonderful and everything was spotless for my wife and I and our 18 month old.
Access to the major sights isn’t close, but for a family with a car or the ability to take the bus, it’s wonderful!

Nice sized room. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Good location, but a bit far from the city center. Supermarket close by.
The furniture was dated and some stains on the carpet. The front desk was only staffed in the afternoon, but friendly.
