Just 10 minutes’ drive from the city center, the coast is also just over a 0.6 mi away. The apartment at Broc House offers modern interiors with floor-to-ceiling windows. The Staff was quick in responses and offering support. The appartment offered sufficient space.
The sleeping couch hasn't been cleaned properly and the matras was very soft. There is no airco and the windows did not have a safetly lock to prevent opening from the outside (which is important at a floor which can be reached from the outside). A better coffee machine would have been appreciated.

Nice neighborhood. 25 minute walk to UCD. Near a bus to Dublin City centre. Appreciated the lift as I’m recovering from knee and hip injury.

Very quiet. Appliances like refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dryer were built into cabinets very nice.
No washcloths. Just two towels. Nook where sofa and sitting chairs are on like a 6-inch ledge. Hazard for elderly or someone with disabilities.

For my taste it was good as an in-between stop i.e. we stayed there because we arrived late in Dublin and were going to travel the day after but I wouldn’t stay there if I wanted to experience the lively Dublin. However it was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable, also had a kitchen/fridge etc. if needed.

We stayed for four nights with our two young children and felt comfortable in the room, except for some issues with the Wi-Fi. The room was well-equipped and nicely designed. There were a supermarket and a restaurant near the apartment, which made our stay more relaxed and convenient.
Wifi of our room was unavailable and had to use it from another room.

Proximity to RTE studios, parking, clean, efficient, spacious. Comfortable bed, couch, quiet, good nights sleep. Nice area, and large tesco nearby. Nice apartment

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Little soaps, shampoos, conditioners and body wash were left for us, which is always useful. We were also very happy with the secure and easily accessible parking. Overall, a lovely stay and we would definitely stay at Broc House again.
We had a little problem with the wifi, but the staff was ready to help us get it sorted quickly.

The penthouse is lovely. Very spacious and warm. Location to UCD is perfect. The Merrion Inn is a short walk away where the food is fantastic.

Great location,. Quite at night. spacious apartment. Parking provided. Comfortable bed, but pillows a bit too hard. Nice to find some toiletries provided. Good value for money.
Food left from previous occupant, including a pot of rice which was left in the fridge our entire stay. Unpleasant smell on entering. Kettle of poor standard, slow to boil. It was also a two pin kettle which is not normal for Ireland.
