The rooms with the aircon was a plus! The breakfast was delicious, the live music was excellent and a perfect way to end the night!
I cannot fault anything, but myself for not staying longer.

Location was good
I regretted paying the extra money for the breakfast, there was plenty of choice and nice food but it was like a canteen, lots of people queuing and only 2 coffee machines for the whole hotel, one of which was out of action so a long wait

When we check in the fellow at the desk when checking was not that pleasing. I think they should have two at the desk and that would have things a little better. The phone did not work in .our room. Not everyone has cell phones.

Prior to our stay they didn’t notify us that in order use the pool you needed swim caps to enter the pool. My kids were very disappointed

Parking was free and easy. Gym was spacious.
Reception was understaffed. Checkin took 20 minutes and there was only 2 people ahead of me, the person there was all alone and when I did get to the desk the amount of unneccessary information that was requested was overkill and clearly could have been received in advance. The Wifi was terrible, inconsistent and even when on it, slow. There was little to know mobile data coverage in the building either so you could not even hotspot. Really disappointing in this day and age.

The room was clean and comfortable, bedroom door didn’t lock from inside.
Door didn’t lock from the inside, young gentleman upon reception was very polite and courteous. Had an issue with 2 people at separate times coming into our bedroom WITH KEY CARDS!!! Highlighted this with management, bearing in mind it was a one night stay and was fobbed off for not putting do not disturb sign on door, not even an apology just attitude when I highlighted it wasn’t as much of an apology I had gotten. Extremely disappointed and seemed like a regular occurrence, he wasn’t one bit bothered by the conversation. Food was highly priced for what was served. Room was ok, clean and comfortable but extremely worn out for a 4 star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend and would certainly not stay again. Bar staff were nice and friendly.
