Staff friendly and helpful. Free car parking, although not secure.
The hotel seemed run down, and dowdy. Mould in the bath seal, water not hot enough in the shower.
We didn't try breakfast, as it was overpriced compared to the other hotel we used during our stay.

Some of the staff were very rude. The facilities are worn and need an update. They have a weird rule about not bringing any outside food on the premises, even though they offer EXTREMELY limited dining options.

Nice gym, spa facilitates, and different bars in the hotel, room was large too.
Unfortunately, our stay on Saturday night was significantly disrupted by excessive noise from an event taking place nearby to the hotel. The noise continued throughout the night and felt extremely close in proximity, making it very difficult to sleep. This was particularly distressing as we had an early morning flight the following day and had specifically chosen your hotel expecting a comfortable and restful stay.
What was especially disappointing is that we were not informed in advance of any nearby event that could impact noise levels. Had we been made aware, we would have made alternative arrangements or requested a quieter room.

Beautiful hotel the room was massive plenty of space the staff were so helpful and very chatty one man called Paul head of security sat and chatted with us for 20 minutes about everything and anything he was a lovely person
The leisure centre was exceptional and clean and such a nice addition to our stay

We enjoyed our whole stay and enjoyed the gym and spa side of the hotel too.
Breakfast and dinner was lovely.
Air con didn’t work very well in our room so was warm of a night.
