The rooms were clean and decent sized, the beds were comfy and the amenities were good. The shower had good water pressure and quick abundant hot water. The pool was very clean and warm. The hot tub was nice as well, we did not use the saunas but those are available. Only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport.
The staff at check-in were a little flat and made us wait without even greeting us or giving any sort of eye contact. But they were quick to get us our room key. The staff person on super early in the morning was extremely helpful in getting a taxi when our Uber did not show up. There is a sign in the lobby that says you are not allowed to bring any other food into the hotel, which I think is a little strange, especially if you are just eating it in your room. We still had food delivered and no one said anything. The elevators are super small but we only had carry-ons, just FYI for those bringing full-sized baggage. It would be nice if there was a mini fridge in the room.

Nice location and especially the staff were very friendly.
The floor carpet was wet so we continuously got our feet wet, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The bed was lumpy.

Convenience of the location. It was very close to Beaumont hospital which is what I was looking for
Our tv did not work. I reported it and a porter tried to fix it but couldn't. Said he had to eport to reception but never returned. After a long day in hospital I just wanted to chill in front of tv. Very disappointed

The pool, etc, was good eventually.
Staff friendly except head barman. We were there for a few nights. Bar closed early every night. Head barman said he was so tired and had to close. Lights were turned off after 10.30 pm. one night. Other nights lights turned down about 11pm. Customers were just leaving. Absoutely Terrible. Rooms were luke warm in the morning showers were absolutely freezing in our rooms. Brought it to the attention of staff at reception each day. but got no joy. Sent member staff up to check room. I waited but never saw him. Rooms were clean. But the beds were terrible. Better off sleeping on the floor. Not be returning in a hurry.

Conformable room. Hotel located close to the bus stations and you can easily reach any destination. Also 10 minutes to any restaurant or shops.( in case you you want something else of what is located inside of the hotel)
