Very clean and in a brilliant location
Myself and my partner wanted to get food in the bar we sat for 15minutes without getting menus when I ask for them no one came back to take out order we ended up leaving and getting food in the city before out concert

Disappointing
We stayed here for the a relaxing night only to be woken at 10 15 by the housekeeper knocking on the door then again came knocking on the door at 1045 when check out wasn't till 11am I just feel that this wasn't good enough as it wasn't a relaxing morning very annoying too

The staff are excellent
The radiator was fully off in the bedroom. I asked for the heating to be turned on twice. The bedroom was Lukewarm all the time and the shower was also lukewarm. It can’t be that difficult to heat a bedroom and have hot water. This is just basic. Can’t explain it. You need a PhD to get channels going on the tv. Again can’t explain why it is so difficult to get basic services. Not good at all..

Charming vintage style hotel, big spacious room and huge bed. Good location between airport and city centre. Convenient supermarket next door to the hotel to buy any essentials. Nice pub and restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk - we had a nice weekend
Food in the restaurant wasn’t the best (we had the chicken wings) not good quality and not much meat on the bones and very dry… for €15! Eek. WiFi for the smart tv (Netflix) kept dipping out of connection

Disappointing
The leisure centre was nice and it was quiet when we used it. Bar food was nice and bed was comfortable room was spacious.
Room was not ready when we arrived so had to wait although it was after check in time. When we got our room it was not clean so had to request a new room. Staff were good when dealing with a new room and also compensated dinner that night which was nice. Unfortunately the hotel was very busy with Christmas parties which was fine but at 1 am in the morning when people are running up and down the hallway shouting and knocking on your room door it’s not pleasant especially when you have an early morning flight to catch.definitely not worth the price we paid for our stay.
