Spacious accommodations. Tasty and expansive breakfast buffet. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants and stores. Easy access to airport.
Temperatures were high during our visit. This made the fourth floor, a little uncomfortable. However, the window opened and it cooled down at night and the fan in the room was very helpful.

The location near the airport was really the only redeeming factor for this hotel.
The only other pros were the breakfast staff who were actually very kind particularly when helping with broken coffee machine. One of them mentioned it’s not just the coffee machine, but that half the hotel is broken, and she was not wrong.
Some of the front desk staff was openly disdainful towards guests. Things were broken all over the hotel and places like the bathroom near the restrooms were filthy. The room was barely adequate. The sink dribbled out water, the shower leaked everywhere, and the refrigerator did not work.
There was a heat wave and while I don’t blame the hotel for that, our room did not have air conditioning and the only window that opened just nudged down about 4 inches. Not very helpful when the room is boiling.

Good location, nice staff, hot tub and poop were awesome.
No ice bucket or kettle in the rooms. Also, the signs saying no outside food allowed in the hotel or the rooms is unreasonable and surprising for such a nice place.

It s close to the bus stop. Rooms are spacious. Gym is huge. Sauna/gym/swimming pool are all walk in... No booking non sense. Nice and large swimming pool.
Room is far. Only 1 elevator. Key card frequently de-magnétise and needs to go back to reception to make it work. Sauna OK could be hotter. Only one working cold shower with low water debit. Room not bright.

The staff are friendly especially Joao, he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and that's what he did. The bar is lovely, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and stem room are amazing. The room is perfect size and the bed is comfortable. In my room their was a bath and shower so it's nice to have a choice. You really get your monies worth here. I would highly recommend this hotel and I myself will be returning in the near future after my summer holiday away.

Good location, free parking, nice staff
Felt very tired and old. Carpets in the endless hallways were covered in stains and looked like they had seen years of student parties. My room looked out on a huge roof of aircon ducts. It definitely didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Tap in the bath was falling off the wall and had to fill it with the shower.
