Disappointing
Mouldy corridor carpet had been mould a long time, with bucket in it, ugly decor, curtains covered radiator making it a cold room, asked for taxi booked for morning but it was not booked, was told it was sold out even though i had booked a room for that evening and paid for it. So I waited while he found which room I might be able to have. Receptionist was nice and did his best but had given me a room that was occupied by mistake dk ran after me as si was going up in the lift so i had to wait again until i got a new room.

Everything. The place was dirty, stains on carpets and a bad odor. Our room was not prepared when we arrived and had to wait. Some guests struggled with the heating system for days without assistance. We left a "Do not disturb" card twice but the staff still came in, the second time we were in the room and they kept banging the door even with the card on, banging sounds all around. The place is not what it looks like on the website we checked out early and moved to another hotel. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. Even the locals don't go there.

Windows in room were decrepit and in very poor condition. Net curtains on window had some mould. Thick dust on radiator valves. Room was very cold on arrival as heating turned off.

Poor
The price did not represent the room as it was very disappointing & the Christmas dinner I attended was awful to be honest. Turkey & Ham dinners is always served with mash potatoes & roast potatoes but unfortunately the Bonnington decided to cut corners & served it with boiled baby potatoes & iron hard rock vegetables.

1. Access to the internet: it was not good.
2. I sent an email communicating about the breakfast, but the hotel team didn't inform the breakfast sector.

Very dated room, furniture worn and tatty, old mouldy windows. Stair and hallway carpet dirty. Corridors noisy with doors banging and thin walls

Bed was really comfortable, room was big enough for 2 people, nice hot water for baths/showers, lobby is very nice
View was of a brick wall, had items taken from my room by cleaners not sure if it was accidental or on purpose but after a long night I got refunded for my missing items, could hear doors being slammed, restaurant could be alot better seemed under staffed or like they were trainees, had to seat out self as staff didn’t come to us, also had to ask to be served

Bar staff and waiting staff in bar were poor. Took ages to get food ordered, even long to pay the bill and the attitude of the two girls on the floor was very poor
