Close to the airport. Beautiful old building. Comfortable beds and access to the leisure center (pool, spa, gym) even after checkout was a god send.
Couldn't arrange late check out for us. The window barely opened and with the recent heat it was uncomfortably warm all night. No fan and the room was stuffy with a strong smell of men's cologne. The smart tv barely worked. I had to mash the buttons and the tv disconnected several times.
When I last visited in 2019 I thought it was great value for the money - now, 7 years later, it seems they haven't made a single update. The continental breakfast was good, but being an extra cost (with a $5 off coupon - still about $15 per person USD) was a bummer.

The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, etc. The beds were quite comfortable. It was quiet. We arrived a few hours before check in time but our room was already available for us.
There was no refrigerator in the room. We had some perishable food that we wanted to keep cold. It was inconvenient to have to find ice to store the food in an insulated bag. A hotel of this quality and cost should have a small refrigerator in the room!

I’ve stayed here last year and I liked it that’s why came back again My room was big and spacious and the staff are all so friendly especially the 2 women that we’re working behind the bar and the lady at reception this Moring lovely and I liked that there was air con in the rooms especially was good in this weather
I checked the room first when came in and there was a black hair on my bed and I’ve blonde hair and the dust on the bed board and skirting boards but I didn’t complain to anyone it wasn’t a big deal but one thing I wasn’t happy with was no room service available

Prior to our stay they didn’t notify us that in order use the pool you needed swim caps to enter the pool. My kids were very disappointed

Our room lacked a working A/C. When informed staff we were told it was the system and they'd give us a fan, not a different room just a fan. Bar restaurant was open but no food available after being told kitchen was open til midnight but not the case. Should have known when we entered the room because the widows were open. We were placed in the first floor with busses outside our room parked with motors running so noisy. Parking is on the street and limited so be aware of this if you have a rental. Location for the airport is convenient but a bit pricey for a night. Overall the staff was pleasant.

The beds were nice. It has a ramp and a lift for luggage. You can call down to get a fan if needed.
The wifi was terrible. Plus the tv did not work for apps such as netflix due to this.

Fantastic AC, plus a fan in the room. Great water pressure and all the hot water you could need. Big, comfy bed. Quiet. Let us do late checkout at the last minute. Friendly staff in the hotel and in the onsite pub.
We chose the spot so we knew it coming in, but this is far from the city center. Wish there were more walkable things nearby. Not the hotel’s problem at all.

Room and beds were super comfy, awesome jacuzzi & pool, good shower. The receptionist was super lovely (I think his name was Alex). Delicious breakfast buffet.
They literally bolt down the soaps so you can't take them home. No hair conditioner. No fridge. Hallways smelled mouldy. Extremely overpriced breakfast.

Pool
Rooms were not as reserved. Was moved 4th floor to first. What a horror, no lights in hallway they used sensor did not work. Hot rooms AC was blowing hot air. Called front desk no answer walked to the front and employees were playing games on their phone this was why they didn’t answer phone. Went to restaurant for dinner, waited 2 hours for food just to find out order was not put in just the drinks. Left without having dinner but was charged for same drink twice. I do not recommend and I will not be staying there again.

Location chosen for airport access. Ok. Free parking.
It was noisy. Children running in hallway and playing outside our window at restaurant. Perhaps request quieter room location. Restaurant wasn’t very good and didn’t have breakfast because we had to leave before 7. They did offer a takeaway breakfast. The room was clean but the corridors and stair carpeting was dirty.
Pillows not very comfortable.
