Location for city. Welcome on arrival was professional. Clean and tidy rooms. Food exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff were kind and nice
Extractions Fan in the toilet was not working from day 1.
Reception was made aware and they said they'll send maintenance but nothing happened.
They were made aware at 4 different occasions
Also there was a party or something outdoors and the music was loud due the which we couldn't sleep with window open and it was quiet warm inside even with air conditioning.
Double bed was made by joining 2 single beds and the joint was very obvious and poking when laying in middle.

Friendly staff.
Best chips ever in restaurant.
The bedroom was roasting hot although there were was a fan provided in the room.
Extractor fan did not work in bathroom.
In spite of being dairy free-no alternatives in bedroom by kettle, and cross contamination with utensils at the buffet breakfast on day 1 was something that raised alarm. Thankfully chef managed to make a bowl of dairy free porridge as the breakfast options were limited as a result of all cooked breakfast items sharing same cooking oil and loads of tongs being in and out of the different breakfast areas.

Irish bar was good but a little hotel corporate rather than traditional but staff were very good. room was spacious and clean - bathroom dates
Too many rules / posters in the pool and gym area. Need to buy a swim cap to use pool - if this had been in description- would have brought my own - pool area is 5/10 score, hotel decor is not too bad but will show its age in a year or so

The breakfast was nice
The room was too small and the window was broken so I could not close it the lock was broken I have a 6 month old baby in the room trying to sleep in that cold

Friendly staff and large, comfortable room. Plenty of parking around the hotel - great location for airport & ferry port. We were allowed to leave our car before checking in, so we could explore Dublin by bus & on foot. Thank you!
The hotel is a bit dated and the bathroom needs upgrading but it was clean.
