It’s perfect, clean comfortable rooms, quick to replenish towels, water etc and the hotel food is amazing. Have been a few times before and it’s always top quality. Staff are so friendly and helpful too including those at the reception desk.

Friendly staff. Good location
I was asked for a cash deposit even though I paid for it by my visa card online. Made me feel uncomfortable. Ive stayed in the hotel numerous times.

The breakfast was delicious and the bed was really comfortable.

Location, breakfast and staff.
Room was too tight for family of five. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and bathtub was not clean. Flush button for the toilet was coming off the wall and room had no ventilation. No fridge in the room.

Breakfast is pretty good
The shower is quite dodgy, my bedroom was 271 and the hot water come and go, sometimes boiling, other not warm enough with the tap on the same position, few amount of loose tiles in front of the bath as well
The door inside the bedroom, probably to give access to the next door bedroom, for staffs I suppose, is not noise proof enough, I hear people talking and the noise coming through that door, probably needs a better insulation
