Disappointing
Nothing wrong with the hotel itsself but after staying there for years and several times a month in the last year and a half, my last stay I was charged parking from the first time ever, 20 euro for two nights. Considering I stated this and was still charged, i made it clear it was my last stay at this hotel ever as a matter of principle. What really annoys me is I have multiple contractors staying there still no being charged so I wont ever stay again considering summer pricing and parking on their own premises. This industry do not deserve a lower vat rate which does not get passed on in any form or fashion. They have some very good staff but one or two new people who are quite arrogant. Anyway, I'm done here, would sooner travel than pay that on top of an expensive stay.

Disappointing
The location
Food isn’t great, room not entirely prepared (the double divan was not connected properly), strange smells in the hall way (thought I could smell gas at one point but was informed it was cleaning products), room door didn’t fully close sometimes

Exceptional
Gabrielle was amazing. My son is a wheelchair user she called the room to make sure everything was ok. Helped ease his anxiety telling him about the evacuation plans and gave the kids sweets and colours. I have to say best treatment we have ever had in a hotel. Thank u so much

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The gentleman man that checks your booking when you come into the bar area for residency is very rude. Each time we went down for dinner he did not make us feel welcome but the waiting staff and bookings were all wonderful
