Location was perfect. The bed was perfect and also the room wasnt too hot it was good to have the complementary water too.
All good.. the only small thing was finding the slot for the key card at first.

We liked the location and on site parking. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good.
We booked two rooms and only one was ready for check in, the other was not ready for another two hours. The door did not lock and there was no latch to secure it (it had broken off). The food was dreadful!! Booked a table for 8pm, it was not ready as they had it set up for breakfast and we were not eating until after 9pm. The food itself was awful, frozen pizza for the kids and shop bought chicken burgers, nothing wrong with either but when paying almost 30 for each you would expect more.

Car parking was very tight and I drive a supercar so took a lot of time to get out. Barriers getting out also didnt work and because of how tight it is I had to reverse and turn multiple times

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean, had plenty of towels. Tea , coffee and water available in the room.
The hot buffet breakfast was just barely warm which was very disappointing. A lot of food waste as people didn't eat very much possibly due to he fact the food wasn't hot..
