Nice location. Hotel has a bit of character
- One of two lifts was not working. The delays were unbelievable! - Lack of airconditioning the the rooms meant a very uncomfortable night - Bar (residents bar??) closed very early - Busy weekend in the Dublin and all hotels took the opportunity too ramp up their prices

Great location, lovely hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Very reasonable restaurant and hotel price was very fair.
I did stand on glass in the room near the bed and injured myself. I asked the hotel at reception for a plaster and disinfectant wipe but they could t find it and ask for my room number to drop it to me but it never arrived. That was the one downfall. The room just needed more thorough hoovering.

The rooms were spacious Friendly staff on check in
The room was way too hot even with the windows opened Waited hours for housekeeping to bring us more pillows. We had to chase them up. We needed to go to bed early due to having to leave the hotel at 5.45am. After waiting all that time for the pillows they were extremely uncomfortable On check out the person on reception too busy hoovering to speak to us and ask about our stay
