There’s great space for hanging around if you need to pass time or work. Breakfast is excellent
Some of the staff are v inexperienced ( albeit friendly) Reception staff not overly friendly or welcoming. 2 issues 1 Despite having our room number insisted on me coming down to the bar to pay for meal. ( surely it can be added to bill on checkout!) 2 locked out of room upon returning after breakfast. Had to go to reception. No apology. No empathy. Just what’s your room number?

Beautiful building. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Parking available on site via cost. Breakfast was good. Nice pint of Guinness.
The building is old and has some history. Certain things can’t be modernised and that is fully acceptable. But the carpet reminds me of the cabin level on a Ferry. It’s clean but might need updated.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff.
The underground car park is extremely tight to get in & out of especially if you’re car is a on the larger side.

Location right beside the rds, underground parking ideal. Validated my €12 car parking due to restaurant food being bad for €72
My booked room was orignally bigger I was "upgraded" to a room that was smaller and had no carpet . The food was quite bad in the restaurant, frozen chicken burgers, disappointed for a top hotel.

The food in the restaurant was very good Hotel was good value for location
The pillows were extremely high, hard and uncomfortable, there was alternatives present in the room.
