Damaged our van goin.down the car park, got mo help from manager, more r less told it was our own fault!car park a joke and the damage cost us 1000 euro,so would never go back

Great location, great value. Lovely bar and decor.
The carpark is really difficult to drive into with a bigger car (I have a 7 seater). The bends into it are really tight. Parking spaces are small but manageable. In light of this, I don't think they should be charging for carparking for guests.

Excellent location, comfy room and a lovely bar/lobby area. Covered parking was a plus.
We had upgraded our booking to 2 rooms on Booking.com, but unbeknownst to us the upgrade was cancelled, and we were told we had to pay full price when we checked in if we wanted the additonal room.
