The room was large and the bed was comfortable
The TV didn't work in the bedroom,room was cold. Bar carpet and tables were not clean. A girl wiped the table in front of us and she may as well not have bothered,it was as dirty after she finished as when she started.

We stayed there for 10 days in October. The service was good and the staff is kind and helpful. Stefano is a good manager trying to really help the guests. The location if you want to stay in Dublin 4 is really convenient. The housekeeping staff is doing great job.
After arguing with the staff that our room was cold at night, we were told that it’s an old building so the heating is on only 2 hours in morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. This is shocking for a 4* hotel in Dublin. Manager is suggesting that we can have a portable heater:) and we had one!!! Surreal experience.. Moreover, I opened the cupboard to put something in the fridge and there was no fridge:) They told me that they removed them and I could have a portable one:) wardrobe fits nothing and breakfast was exactly the same for 10-11 days.

the pillows are awful, either really hard or lumpy or both The room was not serviced properly, there was rubbish still on floor and when i took a sheet off the bed for washing it was not replaced. The bed was badly made with no sheet at all and our tea and coffee was not replaced.. the staff member rolled her eyes and tutted at us when we asked for coffee as she was dropping in the sheet i had to ask reception to send that up.. Overall the worst stay we have had at this hotel in 20 years of staying there..

Great location, walking distance to Sandymount Dart station and the RDS. Efficient check in and out with self service options. The room was quiet , staff were friendly. Irish eco-friendly toiletries in the bathroom
The bedroom was comfortable and spacious but a bit tired in terms of interior decor and soft furnishings, carpet, etc. The bathroom would also benefit from a refresh. Poor tv signal at times
