The staff were extremely professional. The reception staff went out of their way to help my sister to charge her phone and to call a cab to get her to the airport in time for her flight. The facilities and location was very good.

The property wasnt bad, we had a nice breakfast in the morning and we were able to catch the light rail into town. There wasn’t any airconditioning and we were up on the second floor but we could open the window and did have a fan.
It was a big noisy with the light rail outside and the roof in the room we were in was low on one side so it felt a bit claustrophobic and it was a bit warm in the room. But not the end of the world.

Great location to walk around the city. Close to a multitude of bus stops. Friendly staff. Very spacious.
Lift was out for nearly a day. For people that find it difficult to use the stairs it might have been a problem. Glad we left with our suitcases just after it was repaired. Felt that the surrounding area wasn’t safe in the dark.

The rooms are refreshed and clean. Staff are friendly. Food is good.
The bed was not very comfortable and the creeking floor noise when people walk on the floors over head is quite disturbing.

Central for our needs. Excellent room on 2nd floor where we could see the DART and Luas.
A tad bit of noise from pub nearby but it didn’t really bother us and let’s face it it is Dublin.
