It was roasting with no air con.
The tv wasn't a smart tv so we couldn't connect to watch tv when the child went to sleep

Pleasant
Beds comfy, nice shower
No air conditioning in rooms, rooms very warm. No vending machine to get water, not sound proofed at all, could hear people walking around above and could hear talking in the next room, breakfast was expensive. Option of cooked or continental buffet breakfast when most hotels offer both for one price

Location good for croke park.
10min walk.
Massively over priced for a room facing a hostel student type building.
Very basic rooms.
Cleaners woke me up at 0700 cleaning above our room and continued until we got fed up and left at 0900.
Hotel bar not only sell the last drink at 11:00 but ask you to leave the bar and lock up !!?

Disappointing
Location to luas
Lovely food in bar
Friendly & helpful staff
Very clean
Extremely noisy in rooms, could only sleep with ear plugs and even then was woken numerous times from noise of people walking above us and in the hall/stairs outside the room as all floors & stairs were very creaky.

Exceptional
Ideal location to discover Dublin, the room meet my expectations and good hotel for a couple. The breakfast is very qualitative with a large choice of options between Continental or Irish breakfast. On top of that, the kindness of the staff is really pleasant. We had to store our luggage for an extra day in order to discover the city freely and the staff were very understanding and helped a lot along the way!
As we had a great hot weather in Dublin (Very lucky I know) I would like to have a fresh and cold shower but it was not possible to have cold shower where the temperature of the shower was a bit too warm for my taste

Quite a nice location, good choice of breakfast, glad there was a fan in the room as the good weather made the rooms very hot
The trams were noisy but that’s hardly the hotels fault but the didn’t run all night

Disappointing
Nothing.
The room was very small and incredibly noisy. Noise from the nearby tracks was expected. But not from the loud shouting people who seemed to be living in a doorway in the alley below. They were loud and obnoxious for many hours. Then to make the experience worse, there was no hot water for showers at 10pm, although it was restored by the next morning.

Wonderful
Location was handy to busses and Connolly Train Station. The hotel was very clean. They accommodated our early arrival! After flying all night, this was appreciated. The breakfast selection was excellent.
Found the bed a little hard. Not

Pleasant
Central location, design of hotel was good.
No air conditioning, we had really hot summery weather and on the top floor it was unbearable, window open all the time although couldn't be opened wide enough to get some air flow.. And street underneath us was extremely noisy.
Lift didn' work.

The location was amazing,
check in staff were a bit abrupt. Room was very basic and the noise from upstairs was a nightmare, very creaky. It’s not very accessible for bigger luggage
