The staff were friendly, convenient location, good sized room. Restaurant was nice and had good food including breakfast.
Double glazing needed on windows, as traffic from outside could be heard all night. Damages in the bathroom. Mattress was too soft and needs a new one.

Excellent welcome from the staff, and a useful early check in time of 2pm. The room was comfortable and well ventilated. Good facilities to make tea/coffee, and a very good shower.
Fantastic breakfast in the morning, served by super staff.
We hadn't realised that it overlooked the railway/luas line into Connolly station! But actually, the noise was not too intrusive once we got used to it.

The room was old, noisy… they have a train line and single glazed windows. Poorly finished rooms for the price. Would not stay again

No Mirror in the room, reception rang to tell us we needed to check out but were a bit rude about it.
