Staff not overly friendly or welcoming. When called to enquire about late check out reception staff was rude and said no check out is 11 before I could finish talking even though I had read on the website that subject to availability this could be requested and paid for. Staff not welcoming when entering or leaving hotel and when I was sitting in the lobby did not feel welcome at all.

The location is great. Very central.
The room was insufferably hot with no way to cool it save for a fan which just blew hot air around. It made for an unpleasant stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! They were very helpful in storing our luggage after we checked out so that we could do some additional site-seeing.
I must not have been paying attention when booking, either to the description or the reviews. The location is convenient for transportation and walkable to local sites. However, it is right next to a very busy (all night long) bus/train terminal. It was loud, hot, and very bright. We needed to open a window to cool down, but it was so noisy and bright that I slept with ear plugs and an eye mask. Additionally, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, with a strong hard edge of the bed that made it almost painful to get in/out of bed. Finally, the shower felt very difficult to get in/out of and the shower curtain consistently clung to our bodies during showers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to rest at all.

Noise all night from the street and the Bus Station across the road.
The heat in the room was unbearable, could not sleep.

Location was very good. Nice to have a bar on site.
Room was extremely small/tiny. For the cost of the room, it could have been a little bigger-more european standard. No cold water in the bathroom. Beds were quiet small and uncomfortable for two adults.

Close to Connolly station, Epic museum and other attractions. There is a Garda station across the street. They have a restaurant and you have the option of purchasing breakfast there.
Lots of stairs. The hotel seems small from the outside but getting to my room was like a maze. There was good signage and I was able to find it.

Proximity to the center (walking distance)
Location next to the big bus terminal (kind of shabby area) and train tracks (very loud, some rooms facing them directly (!))
No elevator to some rooms and an endless maze of stairs going up and down (to some rooms)
Plenty of technical issues in the rooms (not working shower, malfunctioning safetybox, key cards being blocked) that led us to change rooms from the one facing the train tracks to the one in the basement.
