Wonderful
The location is amazing, the bus station and a tram stop are both right across the street. Also a 10 minute walk from O’Connell Bridge.
The hotel was undergoing a paint job while I was there, so it is well looked after. The lobby has really nice sofas and armchairs.
The twin room was small but clean and comfortable, with loads of sockets around the room (bonus points!).
The shower was a good size and the water temperature was consistent.
Breakfast was very good - buffet style with cooked and continental options. The macaroons were amazing!
Only minor issues or improvements I’d recommend.
A shelf in the bathroom would have been useful to hold toiletries.
Only one very small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available for two people.
Similarly, there were 6 teabags and coffee sachets, but only 2 milk sachets in the room.

Location was very good. Staff were nice.
The hotel seemed very old. The floors were squeaking and were uneven. The bathroom looked bad but it did the job.

Excellent location to explore Dublin, and also for public transport (bus, tram, train). We had a spacious room and good beds. Nice lobby and hotel bar.
Our room was at the front, and had much street noise from the bus station (busses waiting with engines running) and trams passing by in the evenings and morning. I suppose the hotel could solve this with better window isolation. Also bathroom was clean but could do with some update (mixer tab at sink and do away with shower curtain).

It was clean and spacious rooms
The level of noise from the bus depo next door was horrendous. The trams rattled the room also. Some dodgy poeple hang around the front of complex on a daily

The entire hotel was well and professionally presented. The reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful, especially with our wi-fi connection issue. The room was well presented and very welcoming, with a fresh modern decor.
I wish we had known more about the facilities of the hotel, especially the breakfast meal area, we may have used it for one of the mornings. Great location and 24 hour reception, reliable for a taxi early in the morning to the airport.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Great hotel, very clean, decent size room. Had food in the bar and it was delicious, big portions and great value for money. Breakfast was delicious and buffet style so again plenty to eat.
It was too hot in the room, the heat wasn't on and you couldn't open the window that's my only little negative, but I would still stay here again.

Centrally located, clean room, friendly helpful staff.
Only issue we had was the really strong chemical smell when we entered our room, it smelt like silicone, maybe repairs had been done but was very off putting. Would not stop me from staying there again.

Hotel was in an ideal location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was basic, it was very clean.
We stayed in room 119, we were woken both mornings from 6am until 9am with the creaking floor boards above. Unsure whether it was a store room for staff but it was relentless with continuous walking backwards and forwards.
