I had the pleasure of interacting with the night shift receptionist during my stay, and I couldn’t be more impressed. His warm smile and genuine kindness immediately made me feel at home. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to provide me with a safe and comfortable experience.
He exemplifies what it means to be a hotel worker—a true role model in the hospitality industry. If every establishment had staff like him, travel would be a much more delightful experience!

Close to Bus station , we travelled to Dublin by bus so it was a great location & they stored our bags while we went into the city after we had checked out. Staff were very helpful & friendly

Lovely staff nice quiet location plenty of tea and coffee
Can be very noisy in the day especially the morning can hear people walking and talking in the corridors and walking up and down the stairs and could here people in the room next to us but silent at night

Totally not what we expected…Pictures are misleading!! Room was in the basement, tiny, no windows, totally depressing, and to get there we had to go down several maze-like creepy corridors. We checked out moments after checking in. Would never recommend!
