Extremely clean and good location. Effort to make the room attractive with kettle and complimentary biscuits. Comfortable bed.
No water in room. Potential for noise between rooms- hearing people talking and creaking floors.

Our room was easy to get to since it was on the first floor
The door hardly worked, the walls were paper thin you could hear everything, the tv didn't work, theres a sign in the bathroom claiming the towels aren't washed all the time and the breakfast was horrible it didn't even taste nice.

As always, happy! Had a huge room this time, couldn’t believe it! Spacious, clean and no noise. Was delighted. Didn’t have breakfast but I’ve had on a previous occasion & there was a great choice. Staff are always super professional and friendly! Thank you ☺️
Always only two tiny capsules of milk in the room but no issues with getting more at reception. Staff are always obliging. No negatives for me!
