Beds are comfortable
No air con and it's was boiling hot day and night. Noisy guests upstairs, walking about till 4am and again at 6am, called reception twice but no action was taken and the noise continued. Due to the heat and noise, didn't sleep much at all.

Very welcoming staff and excellent location straight at the Luas tram. Had to go to the airport in the morning and again very convenient for this. Looking forward to me next stay.

No Air Condition, almost no way to cool the room down by the small window.
Walls are paperthin - neighbouts and steps could be heard all night longt.

The room was very clean, staff friendly and good location
Was on the 3rd floor and room was very hot! There was no air conditioning other than a fan. We over looked the street and it was noisy with trams and people. There was also a few unsavoury people that seemed to reside outside of the hotel.

Excellent location, close to lots of interesting sites: EPIC, GPO, etc. Also close to Connolly station and Dublin Express for airport transfer
Room was pleasantly large and the bathroom had a bath to relax in.
Restaurant / bar was good and useful.
Seemed quite expensive but typical of capital cities...
