Location, and hotel is stunning. Rooms slightly dated but value for money. Staff are amazing and very welcoming will return for this reason alone
Dated room, no air con or mini fridge

Very welcome receptionist. clean and comfortable rooms.
Bad atitude from the barman when I asked for 2 champagne glasses!
My stay in the hotel overall was just okay.
Is great for 1 or 2 night to sleep only. If you want breakfast is better to get your own in supermarket or coffe shop.
Nice continental breakfast.
The restaurant area is huge and clean but a totally mess.
First of all, there were loads of staff working but they were standing there talking all the time with each other while there were dirty tables to be wipe and clean. The staff were not talking in english in front of the guest but in their own language (in this case i think it was german).
Only one tall guy was actually working and refill the buffet all the time.
Speaking of the buffet, me as a guest I don’t need to see the products brand that the hotel is using. Why there was a staff bringing supermarket juice to refill the juice dispenser like it was something normal??
Why there were staff helping themselves at the buffet and drinking like they were guests?
I’m not saying the staff shouldn’t eat but please find scheduled times for it it looks bad.
