Exceptional
Outstanding service, highly professional and attentive staff, prime location near The Convention Centre Dublin. The room was pristine and elegantly appointed, and the entire property exudes sophistication. We were entirely satisfied and grateful for such a refined hospitality experience.

First time room was claustrophobic.. I thought second time it will be ok. I was given a room on 3rd floor, interiors were old but that was still ok! There was no hot water. I had to make 3 calls at night to check and finally one emp showed up and they said sorry some main boiler issue. Is there a point paying 180 per night and hotel can’t even offer hot water for shower? Pls avoid using this property. Never had such bad experience with any hotels in Ireland so far. I checked in at 930 and left in the morning without even getting a nice shower!! Wonder why they charged so much money just for bed!!!

Location was decent
The room was very hot and the refrigerator was clearly broken and ignored by staff. The room was not very clean when we arrived. We found 3 pieces of jewelry on the floor. Staff also not the most accommodating either.

Hotel location - close to O'Connell Street, comfortable bed, Irish Belvedere Nights
The room - despite the request, was not cleaned during the stay. There was always something missing - clean towels, toilet paper. The bed linen was not changed and the TV didn't always work. There was often no hot water.
