Beautiful hotel. Nice location also. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Lovely breakfast which was all very fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. Will definitely be back in the future

Spacious and very comfortable just wish there was more milk provided in the room so that it could be used for coffee. The shampoo and soap smelled lovely and I loved that there was a fan provided in the room
There were silverfish crawling out of the drain that I had to wash down.

Nice hotel near the city centre. Have stayed here about 4 times before.
Like always we ate dinner in the restaurant as the food is always good. Unfortunately this time it was terrible, I don't know what's happened since my last visit but it's gone downhill big time.
I had the worst steak of my life and when I explained to the waiter that it was as tough as old boots and tasted like the meat was bad I was told he had eaten that same steak and that is how it is supposed to taste.... laughable really....
Anyway usually the food is good but it was terrible and I wasn't well after the little of it that I ate.
It stung when I paid for it but look, lesson learned and I wouldn't eat there again if I return (which is a pity because I genuinely do like the hotel)

Nice amenities and clean. Seemed like a safe area right outside of a big beautiful church. They stored our luggage before we checked in, which was easy. They scheduled a taxi for us, which was great. We also had our transportation rescheduled after we had checked out of the hotel, but they let us back into our room with no hassle! We were able to walk to touristy areas of Dublin.

We requested an early check in and they were able to provide it, but not in a room facing the street on an upper floor, which we had requested and preferred. We opted to wait for another room to become available and enjoyed lunch at the lovely casual restaurant on the corner, and are SO glad we did. We lucked out with room #326, a gorgeous corner room with windows on two sides, very comfortable and luxurious.
The next day we walked to the highly rated breakfast restaurant, The Loving Spoon, and sat with two chaps from Wales who were visiting for the UK Rugby meet the day before. EXCELLENT full Irish breakfast, enjoyed sitting outside. The historic Grant theatre is around the corner, the Parnell tram station is a short walk away, and the neighborhood is vibrant with a wide variety of excellent and authentic restaurants from a diversity of countries and cultures.
We took the tram to St. Stephen's Green and walked back through Trinity College, etc. and also walked to and from Temple Square and Docklands areas.
Absolutely nothing.

No parking available at hotel. Steps at entrance of hotel with no concierge or assistance. Noisy function room in reception that has pre-booked shows. Only bar available was in the Dining room with no atmosphere whatsoever.
