The hotel is located near to the city centre and it is very close to all of the important places in the city ,it's clean the staff are nice and respectful
The factory noises before 6 am and upper room noise in 12 pm

Hotel facilities and staff were amazing.
We were on the first floor with a restricted opening window (for obvious reasons). But it was very warm in the room and with no air con we couldn't cool the room down for a comfortable night's sleep.

Staff were lovely very helpful , room was very clean no air conditioning but they did have fans in the room .
difficulty finding rooms as
the layout is a tad confusing but they did have workmen putting up new room numbers not an appropriate time of the day for workmen to be working as people were arriving .
It was very busy when I arrived but the staff at reception were very efficient & most helpful . I had booked in & paid for an early arrival but I received an e mail saying it was too late to book so to compensate me I was given a breakfast instead. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice .

The food was good and so was the look and been off the hotel in general. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was very hot, despite having the window open.
Both the filter coffee and the coffee from the machine was terrible, which was in stark contrast to the good breakfast.

Very good location. Staff friendly..
The fact we had paid for breakfast wasn't passed on . The waitress had to check with reception. Made us feel mistrust.
Large party of teenage school boys staying. Very loud in breakfast room. More like a school canteen.
Had to go to reception at 0330 as people in adjoining room very noisy. The duty staff did go to the room and the people were then quiet.
