The bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to stay an extra night due to illness and the staff sorted that out with no problems. Would definitely recommend.

The first room I booked through you was tiny for one person… not two with luggage! And it was very cold! Had to have an extra heater set up!

Property is at good location.
The bathroom had a strong cigarette smell, and the room didn’t quite match the photos on the booking. We were supposed to have a coffee machine at the room , but all we found were just instant coffee bags.

The Bathtub shower is too difficult for seniors to climb in and out of safely!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. I liked that I could connect my phone to the tv. Very clean and cosy!
Room was a bit warm, I did figure out the air conditioning but even with that and the window open it still felt a bit stuffy during the night

far from where we wanted to go. streets didnt feel safe…room was TINY. no where to hang wet towels

At first, we were placed in a room on the ground floor, where there was no Wi-Fi. After speaking with the front desk staff, we were moved to a room on the fourth floor, where the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We also attended a wonderful show, The Irish nights , and enjoyed a fabulous breakfast.
