Staff very welcoming.... and it's a beautiful townhouse. Location ideal.
A very strong smell of what I think was stale cigarette smoke in our room. We opened window to help the situation.

The host was so lovely and very helpful. The facilities are also modern and well maintained. I had a really great sleep and enjoyable breakfast.
I had to carry my 2 luggage to 3rd floor, which was tiring and not so great!

I left my baggage with the hotel. Before booking in. They told me to come back in 20. Mins. Which I felt was strange. When I came back my baggage had been sreachrd. Which is appalling.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a Georgian building and the location is 20 mins walk from tourist attractions. It's also close to the docks in case you're attending a conference, like I did.
The breakfast options for continental could have been a bit more varied.

Room was well located and comfortable. Arrived at 1am and the night porter was friendly and helped me bring my luggage to the room (no elevators)
Parking lot entrance was very small so we had some difficulty getting in and pulling out (but we are also American and just getting the hang of driving on the other side of the road!)

A beautifully decorated property that reflects both style and attention to detail. Offers a truly authentic Irish experience in a charming residential neighborhood, just a short distance from downtown Dublin. The staff are exceptionally polite and always ready to help.
Internet was a bit weak on the top floor.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, our room was great, I booked a twin and we were given rooms connected by a jack and Jill bathroom which was great.
The breakfast was very good. It's located on the bus route into the city centre, it takes 20 minutes and there's a hop on hop off bus stop close by.
The bathroom light and fan are on a sensor which take a while to switch off which isn't great if you get up during the night so is mildly annoying if you're a light sleeper.
