Room was spacious, facilities for coffee & tea in the room. All clean, bathroom with shower. All of this in a decent part of Dublin and still close enough to the centre. Breakfast available. All of it well organised.

Clean, cosy, silent, cost-effective, not far from all attractions (around 10 minutes walk). Nearby a good Asian food restaurant, around the corner a good fish restaurant: had a very good fish and chips meal.

Would be nice to be able to turn the extraction fan off if not in the shower as its very loud
No recycling facilities
The small bottles of shampoo and shower gel arent sustainable and were too small to stand up in the shower grill
Shower and tap pressure went up and down a bit during a shower or if the sink wasnt used for a while
Sink tap in room 10 was loose and kept moving

We really liked the location, loads of restaurants around and a great neighborhood.
Pictures can be a bit deceiving yet they weren't wrong, two types of room are shown within the room price we selected. The room we got really was shown in the pictures but you can also find pictures of another - bigger - room inside the room's gallery. Also we did have to sleep with the window open, it can get too warm at times. In the end our stay was great but do keep this stuff in mind so you're not as surprised as we were when we entered the room. (Third floor no lift btw)

The staff were friendly and helpful being very accommodating regarding changes in my booking. The room had a lovely private terrace with an outdoor table and chairs which weren't even mentioned on the Booking.com website.(Also the internet was fast).
It was very close to lovely bars,cafes,restaurants and shops,all part of the amazing city of Dublin which has an incredibly friendly and cosmopolitan vibe. Highly recommend the guesthouse and city!
