Good
Location is excellent in a very accessible area (D2) to city center attractions and many options for dining and drinks. It's a 10-minute (or less) walk to both St. Stephen's Green and Merrion Square. There's a bus stop directly out front. We felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at all times of day. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in coordinating transportation to the airport, and we appreciated having a room on the ground floor. The hotel was very clean and well kept, and the shower had exceptional water pressure. We experienced no street noise and slept well!
The room was very, very small, especially for three of us, with barely space for the three of us to navigate without bumping into each other. The beds were OK but not the most comfortable. There was very little storage/dresser space and even less horizontal space in the bathroom for cosmetics.

Very Good
Location, quiet, charming.
No shelves in the bathroom. It is a large room but only had a small glass shelf over the sink. A little double shelf along the wall would help with storing toiletries.

Pleasant
When I arrived the staff were extremely friendly! There was a new employee I was talking to from Chile who was very nice and I would like to commend. The staff were by far the best part of my stay.
Parking situation wasnt ideal. Drove to Dublin for work but couldnt park at the hotel. Had to pay for parking elsewhere and walk 15mins to the hotel. Could have been worse but just an inconvenince...
Huge spider in the room which I just removed to the outside. In the bathroom there was also some odd insects on the floor too which I tried to also remove.

Wonderful
Excellent location. Breakfast was lovely. Bed very comfortable. Staff helpful.
Lots of stairs! But in fairness, it is a Georgian townhouse and staff are happy to help if you ask.

Wonderful
My room was very quiet and secluded. I was walking distance from many great pubs, restaurants and other areas to explore, but did not feel like I was in a high-tourist traffic area, which I really liked.
Parking my rental car was very difficult in the designated area, but there were places I found with free parking.

Good
Great location and easy to walk to city center, bars and restaurants.
The bathroom was so large yet the sink and shower were so small.
You can hear the footsteps of everyone above you because the floor is very squeaky and old.

The location was fantastic. I loved being near the beautiful canal and the walking paths along it. I felt at home there . The staff was so kind and helpful . Anything I needed help with was always taken care of with ease. I would definitely stay here again and again .
There was nothing I disliked.

Wonderful
This was our last night and only night in Dublin after a 2 week trip through Portugal and Morocco so we were quite tired after our flights and all our travel. I booked one room for me, my adult son and teenage daughter. They gave us 2 rooms with an ajoining bathroom so that made it very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms clean.
