Lobby area was well decorated.
Entrance location, decor throughout the rest of the hotel including rooms, TV position, outdated bathroom, poor quality mattress and bedding, check in was a hassle, room service charge was extortionate... the list goes on. Not sure what it's getting 4 stars for.

Unusual stuck in no-mans-land location make it difficult to rate this place higher, but it served to stay a quick, late booked night at reasonable price. Food was good and reasonable
Location really only downside - nothing to walk to except the Dart station nearby. Car essential.

Free parking
We paid €160 for one night, no breakfast. Due to this, we wanted a lie in, we had been at a funeral that day. It was emotional and draining. However we were woken at 9am to the sound of drilling it was like staying on a building site. This is disgraceful. We were exhausted and looking fir somewhere peace ful. It's a joke this might suit someone there on business as after 9 might not affect them but it did us.

The location was good & it's a reasonable price compared to other hotels in Dublin
The rooms are quite dated. No water bottles came with the room, we had to buy water separately which is very unusual for a hotel.

I was stayed many times in Dublin hotels never ask deposit. This is the first time charged €50 deposit. When I checked out next day morning asked my deposit, and asked wait for 10 minutes. What they done they send someone to room check is anything damaged or missing. Then I got my €50 deposit back. Never seen they did to other people. It's feels me really bad treated like thieves. Never recommend and staying their again.

I had never stayed here before and so it surprised me how lively it was. Would recommend a stay here.
Our room did have a tv but when you switch on it says no signal received, not sure it that in all rooms. It's just to have some background noise if anything. Something small I know

Friendly staff and good price.
That the cleaning staff came into our bedroom at 9am while we were still asleep. Even though I went for breakfast towards the end of service some of the hot items were cold.

We stayed at this hotel twice over a fortnight although it cost over £240 for the first stay it was almost €500 for the second stay even though it was booked only a few days later. We found on that Oasis were playing-something we weren’t interested in!! Also during the first stay there was a lot of road noise so when we left we asked for a different room for our second stay, this room was adjacent to a building site where they were loading trucks from 6am and also there was a train line running from early morning as well. I would not recommend it to anyone, sorry

The daily specials menu was like having Michelin star presentation and taste with an economic price. The food is stunning. So good in fact that I got a mate to stay one night and he was blown away, he had Lemon sole. The beef brisket is to die for. If you require pizza or burger instead they can do that too. Rooms are clean, area is quiet. Staff are incredibly friendly. Hats off to Riva, Jodie and Trevor.
